CRM 2013 Outlook client: Software requirements

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Client for Outlook enables users to access and update Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 records via the familiar Microsoft Office interface.

CRM 2013 for Outlook can be installed on computers running any of the following Windows operating systems:

Windows Vista (32 or 64-bit)
Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit)
Windows 8 (32 or 64-bit)
Windows 8.1 (32 or 64-bit)
Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012 when running with Remote Desktop Services (formerly Terminal Services)

CRM 2013 for Outlook works with the following versions of Microsoft Office:

Office 2007 (32-bit)
Office 2010 (32 or 64-bit)
Office 2013 (32 or 64-bit)
This includes versions of Office obtained through a Microsoft Office 365 subscription.

For best performance, Microsoft recommends running 64-bit versions of Windows, Office and the Dynamics CRM 2013 client for Outlook.

Minimum hardware requirements for running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Outlook client:

Online only mode
2.9 GHz x86- or x64-bit dual core processor with SSE2 instruction set
2 GB RAM
1.5 GB available hard disk space
SVGA graphics with resolution of 1024 x 768

Go offline enabled mode
3.3 GHz x86- or x64-bit dual core processor with SSE2 instruction set
4 GB RAM
2 GB available hard disk space, 7200 RPM
SVGA graphics with resolution of 1024 x 768
