Welcome

Here at The CRM Business we are passionate about our work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have started this blog to provide you, our customer, with the latest news and information from our company.

What is xRM?

XRM, or eXtended Relationship Management, is the concept of taking Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the next level and applying the same systems to other business relationships – not just those with customers.

XRM is based around the same principles as CRM.  The concept of understanding what information needs to be tracked  in a business, and how it should be accessed/presented in order to effectively support business decision making can be applied to partners, suppliers, employees, assets and anything (or anyone!) else with whom the business has some kind of relationship; not just customers.  Utilising the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software a flexible development platform in this way allows complex business applications to be developed on time and within budget – without compromising on functionality.

Because xRM works with other Microsoft technologies and integrates seamlessly with existing Microsoft systems, organisations and quickly and effectively create, update and manage software applications as required by their business.

The xRM concept can be applied to create applications including:

  • Real estate development systems
  • Vendor management systems
  • Agency management systems
  • Trade management systems
  • Property Management systems
  • Contractor management systems
  • Citizen management systems
  • Recruitment systems
  • Agriculture management systems
  • Dealer management systems

The possibilities really are endless!

Harnessing the power of xRM to create these systems, taking advantage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s configurable functionality, allows businesses to benefit from specialised, custom systems without the high costs usually associated with developing custom software.
