Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (formerly codenamed CRM 5) is due to release in the near future.
According to announcements made at the Worldwide Partner Conference and on Microsoft’s website the public beta will be available in September 2010.

CRM 2011 will be available to UK customers as both On-premise and Online options. Features will include:
