On 8 July 2009, Microsoft released Mobile Express for Dynamics CRM 4.0. We have been using this valuable addition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 here at The CRM Business since release, and are very pleased with the results. Employees visiting customers are more productive, as they can now check contact details and account history from their mobile phones [...] Microsoft’s Mobile Express offering for Dynamics CRM 4.0 is currently in testing, but is expected to be available to customers shortly.
